Reason for return and exchange:
1. Commodity quality problems.
2. Apply for no reason return within 7 days under the premise that the goods (including accessories) are in good condition.
Notes:
1. If the customer doubts the quality of the goods when using it, please issue a quality inspection report and written appraisal documents issued by an authoritative organization, which will be handled in accordance with national laws and regulations;
2. If you need to return or exchange goods in case of allergy problems, you need to provide relevant certificates from the hospital;
3. Damage caused by personal reasons will not be returned or exchanged;
4. Once the anti-counterfeiting code of the product containing the anti-counterfeiting code is scratched, it does not support 7 days of no reason return;
5.When returning the goods, the goods must be returned to our company. If the goods are missing, a full refund cannot be made (there is no need to return the goods for exchange).
6.The cost of refund shall be borne by the buyer himself.
